Tattoo Removal is a multiple session laser procedure. There are many variables that determine the amount of sessions needed to remove a tattoo; Such as how old is the tattoo, the type of ink used, and the colors withing the tattoo. Generally the average amount of sessions it takes to remove a tattoo is 9. Size, does not matter in regards to removal either. We use a dermal chiller to make the proceedure as comfortable as possible. The process is a highly concentrated colored light beam that breaks up ink particles into tiny fragments which are later cleared up by the body’s natural cleansing/healing process.  The laser targets the pigment of the tattoo without damaging the surrounding skin. We use the Light Age, QClear Q-switched laser for tattoo removal. Most colors could be removed.
